International Arctic Social Science Association (IASSA) promotes research co-operation in all Arctic and sub-Arctic regions of the world.
IASSA is governed by an elected eight-member Council and a General Assembly consisting of all members having paid their membership. The new Council was announced on June 2, 2024, at the General Assembly of IASSA, held in Bodø, Norway.
