Marlene’s research concentrates on international environmental law, climate change law and governance and human rights. Marlene’s approach to research is interdisciplinary and transnational in essence, with an emphasis on socio-ecological justice, climate litigation, corporate responsibility and global ‘green’ transformation issues.
