The aim of the quest lecture series is to present and discuss topical issues in environmental politics in the Arctic

Wednesday 30.9.2009 Finnish Academy research fellow Sylvia Karlsson from Finland Futures Research Centre (Turku School of Economics) will give a lecture on global energy governance. Title of her lecture is: Global Energy Governance - Explaining a Vaccuum and Fledling Strategies to Fill It.
