Search for new Arctic Centre Director is open

The search for the new Director of the Arctic Centre at the University of Lapland is open. The search started on 18th May and will last for a month.

The position of the Director of the Arctic Centre will be filled as a research professorship of the Arctic Research that includes the responsibilities of Director of the Arctic Centre for the period 1 November 2015–31 October 2020. The Director of the Arctic Centre is responsible for leading and developing the Centre, in particular its research activities.

The position of the Research Professor of the Arctic Research will be filled through an invitation procedure. Those interested in the position are provided an opportunity to express their interest.
