Stage 4.3. Positive / Negative conclusion
The result of the SEE can be a positive or a negative conclusion. The positive conclusion means that the project must be fulfilled during the period stated in the conclusion. As rule, the terms of fulfilment of the project are determined by the project. In case of a negative conclusion, Developer may submit the EIA materials for the repeated expertize.
