Stage 1.6. Final Terms of Reference

Contents: The final version of the Terms of reference should take into account the requirements of the authorities on environmental protection as well as the opinion, suggestions of others participants of the EIA process.

The contents of the final Terms of reference:

• Company’s name and address;
• EIA period;
• EIA methods and the plan of consultations with public;
• EIA tasks;
• Preliminary content of the EIA materials.
